Individually packaged fruit and vegetable items as well as selections of mixed fruits and veggies are available.

Meats are available in both freeze-dried and canned format with roughly 50-100 calories per serving.
Pork, chicken, and beef are all available.

Sauces

Freeze-dried sauces provide added flavor and texture to any freeze-dried meal. Calories vary depending on sauce.
Some sauce examples are cheese sauce or cream sauce.

Dairy

Dairy products tend to have a slightly shorter shelf life than other freeze-dried items but can add a lot of comfort to your meals.
Shelf stable milk, cottage cheese, and ice cream are just a few examples of freeze-dried dairy items.

Soups

Ever popular for their naturally comforting properties, soups and stews are always a favorite and are available in vegetarian as well as meat varieties.

Drinks

Drink mixes can provide much needed breaks from plain water or can serve to help mask the telltale iodine flavor of treated water, making it more palatable (especially for children).
